Qaiser holds  Masters in  Statistics from the University  of  Kashmir and Now pursuing PhD in Operation Research with core specialization in Data Envelopment Analysis with Slack Based Measure from the Department of Statistics, Ramanujan School of Mathematical Sciences Pondicherry University-India.  His  papers  appeared  with  reputed  publishers  including  JSTOR,  Emerald  & 
Sage publishing  houses.  

He has presented his work has presented conferences at  IIT Kharagpur,  IIM  Indore  and  IICM  Mumbai.  He  has severed all outstanding  paper  awards  to  his 
credit. He is recipient of the best paper award for producing an excellent research in international DEA.
